Loft - 702 Total Square Feet - More than meets the admiring eye, this simple
construction offers an open and airy living space above the garage, along with a
balcony and covered porch
Settler - 791 Total Square Feet - Make yourself right at home in this cozy
getaway. The smart, economical footprint offers up fantastic spaces, such as a
sleeping loft and front and back porches
Boone - 1,046 Total Square Feet - This traditional log cabin design boasts a
loft and an ample great room complete with a fireplace. Enjoy the outdoors on
your full-length front porch.
Whitetail - 1,133 Total Square Feet - Good things really do come in small
packages. The Whitetail provides unforgettable views from the great room, porch
and deck.
McCrossen - 1,323 Total Square Feet - This rustic getaway features an open-
concept design with a large loft, nicely sized rooms and an impressive log entry.
Asher - 1,344 Total Square Feet - This traditional ranch features an open floor
plan along with three bedrooms. Entertain friends and family on the large covered
front and rear porches.
Nash - 1,560 Total Square Feet - This plan offers one-level living and simplified
construction. Your family will naturally gather in the centrally located living room.
Tahoe - 1,594 Total Square Feet - This unique design is full of character and
interesting architectural features. Natural light bathes the great room through the
beautiful rear wall of glass. The ample kitchen island, round dining bay and
inviting fireplace encourage warm gatherings
Crystal Lodge - 1,731 Total Square Feet - When you come home to your
Crystal Lodge, you can enjoy the shared living, dining and kitchen space with
access to an enclosed porch that extends your enjoyment of the seasons. Full
bedroom suites are located both upstairs and down.
Rutherford - 1,742 Total Square Feet - This mid sized plan is bursting with log
home charm. The open floor plan and wraparound covered porch lend
themselves to unique entertaining possibilities. Also not to be ignored: a corner
fireplace, a secluded upper-level master suite, inspiring curb appeal and an
unbeatable rear view.
Fisher - 1,744 Total Square Feet - A great house when you are surrounded by
beautiful scenery. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is beautiful.
Woodbridge - 1,808 Total Square Feet - The "wood bridge," or catwalk,
provides access to a large bonus room and defines the living space on the main
level. A nice-sized master bedroom is located on the first floor.
Snow Ridge - 1,856 Total Square Feet - With its soaring peaks, the Snow
Ridge makes a lasting first impression. It features such amenities as a multilevel
deck, unique prow front and dormers, and dramatic interior spaces
Springfield - 1,920 Total Square Feet - This split-bedroom ranch home offers
easy living on one level. The spacious kitchen, dining and living room are all open
with a cathedral ceiling. Features include a large master bedroom with a corner
spa tub and walk-in closets in all bedrooms.
Tomahawk - 1,939 Total Square Feet - Ideal for any setting, the Tomahawk

Onaway - 1,945 Total Square Feet - One of our most popular plans, the
Onaway's great room is flanked on one side by a kitchen/dining area and a

Sawyer - 1,958 Total Square Feet - Rediscover country living in this unique two-

Cascade - 2,074 Total Square Feet -Nothing is left out in this practical log
home. The loft extends the spacious living room area, while the breezeway

Eason - 2,079 Total Square Feet - Relax and rejuvenate in this intimate four-

Evergreen - 2,680 Total Square Feet -Thanks to a grand covered porch that
